Product Development Engineer (Santa Rosa, Laguna)

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and implement new product model introductions
• Ensure product quality, compliance, and process effectiveness
• Support cross-functional teams during development and production launch
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and quality records
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Monitor and resolve quality-related concerns during production
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related Engineering or any 4 year course. (open to fresh Engineering Graduate)
• Basic knowledge of Product Development and Quality Assurance processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings using SolidWorks or equivalent software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and apply Kaizen/Continuous Improvement principles
• Experience in manufacturing, QA, or product development is an advantage
