About the role
This role involves providing technical expertise across kitchen equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. You will be responsible for ensuring all technical machinery and equipment are maintained in good working condition across multiple branches.
Key responsibilities
Conduct repair and maintenance on kitchen equipment, AC, refrigeration, PMS and troubleshooting
Assure all technical machineries, equipments and other concerns are in good condition at all times
Conduct declogging activity of pipelines across all branches
Perform minor and major concern repairs
Work with minimal supervision
Complete other tasks as assigned from time to time
About you
NC II related to Kitchen Equipment, PMS and Repair or RAC Servicing NC II
Minimum of 5 years related work experience
Plumbing NC II (most preferential treatment)
Willing to be a roving personnel across all MEAPECA branches (RAMEN KURODA AND RAMEN SHIBIRE)
