Facilities Manager

Description - Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facility systems and infrastructure.
- Manage and coordinate facility projects including renovations and space planning.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Administer budgets and financial tracking for facility-related expenses.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Qualities and Traits: Proven leadership abilities and proactive problem-solving skills.
