About the role
You will play a key part in managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of content or creator-led campaigns, and driving actionable insights to elevate client success. You will be adept at analyzing data, pitching solutions, and independently managing complex projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to clients based on industry best practices and Hepmil content expertise
- Extract and communicate actionable insights from campaign data, fostering informed decision-making
- Serve as a trusted advisor by effectively addressing client challenges and proposing tailored solutions
- Present media kits and proposals with confidence, articulating Hepmils value propositions clearly
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and pitch relevant products to existing clients
- Manage complex, multi-format content and creator campaigns independently, ensuring timely execution
- Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders to align project expectations
- Develop comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze campaign data, summarizing key findings for stakeholders
- Resolve client concerns by offering data-backed solutions and actionable strategies
About you
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar role in content or creator-led campaigns or the advertising industry
- Exceptional presentation and pitching skills; confident in delivering compelling proposals independently
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Spreadsheets, including advanced functions and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Skilled in conflict resolution and providing client-centric solutions
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
