About the role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Liaison Officer to manage company banking transactions, fund collections, and official external errands. This position starts on a contractual basis, with a high potential for immediate regularization based on performance.
Key responsibilitiesEfficiently perform over the counter (OTC) banking transactions including check processing, cash handling, account opening, and requesting bank statements accurately and on time
Pick up payments and checks from clients, deliver billing statements/invoices, and ensure all official receipts (OR) and acknowledgement receipts (AR) are issued and documented properly
Transact with government agencies (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGU, etc.) and corporate partners for submissions, clearances, and permit processing as needed
Safely handle, transport, and deliver confidential business documents, contracts, and legal papers
Plan efficient routes for daily field trips, errands, and collections to maximize time and resources
College Graduate (Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Office Management, or any related field is an advantage)
Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Code B / B2)
Proven experience as a Liaison Officer, Messenger, Collector, or in a similar field-based role is preferred but not required
High integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness when handling payments, checks, and sensitive documents
Strong familiarity with roads and routes in the nearby area
Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with bank personnel, clients, and government agency staff
Basic knowledge of office documentation and record-keeping
