Job Description
- The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operation of the company. This includes strategic financial planning, advanced financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience in Financial Marketing and Financial Analysis
- Ability to perform Risk Management and ensure compliance with Financial Regulations
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise and guide accounting staff
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s or MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA is a plus
- Experience in the MVAC industry is advantageous
