As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with shipping-related inquiries, order tracking, delivery concerns, account assistance, and other logistics-related concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally. Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery updates, and logistics concerns. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions. Follow company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance goals. Qualifications Open to all educational attainments. Open to BPO newbies with Customer-Facing Experience (CFE). Open for starters and career shifters. Good communication skills in English. Willing to work onsite in Banawa, Cebu.
