Customer Service Representatives
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) Location: IT Park, Cebu City Job Description: We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer concerns through non-voice channels while ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email support channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Good written communication skills
- Willing to work on-site in IT Park, Cebu City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
