KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee the implementation of the OSH Program
Ø Ensure that the company’s OSH policies, programs, and procedures are effectively implemented, monitored, and updated in accordance with existing laws and regulations.
2. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC)
Ø Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
3. Accident / Incident Investigation
Ø Investigate causes of work-related accidents, illnesses, or near-misses and submit comprehensive reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
