Safety Officer

- Conduct safety audits, develop safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety policies and training programs.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and reports for regulatory compliance.
- Promote a proactive safety culture among all employees.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in safety management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Working Conditions: Mostly onsite with potential exposure to hazardous environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proactive, and ability to work under pressure.
