Construction Safety Officer

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety practices
- Respond to accidents and incidents, conducting investigations
- Maintain safety records and reports
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction safety management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily fieldwork at construction sites, with periods spent in an office environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong leader with a commitment to promoting a safe workplace.
