- Arrange and maintain product displays to attract customers and drive sales.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and aligned with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
- Implement promotional and seasonal display setups.
- Track sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of display areas.
- Collaborate with store management and vendors to optimize product placement.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s degree in merchandising or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and retail operations.
