- Greet and assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Provide product details, pricing, and promotional information.
- Process sales transactions using cash registers or POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are tidy and appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
