b. Manage and ensure the updated and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance database in MS Excel and MS Access.
c. Processing of daily Vehicle Request Form
d. Processing of RFP
e. To monitor the scheduled preventive maintenance of the company vehicle
f. To monitor the scheduled preventive maintenance.
g. Process the approved Vehicle Repair Request Form
h. Process the RS based on the recommendation from the auto mechanic and with the approval from the Fleet Maintenance and Asset Management Department Head
i. Management of Vehicles O.R and C.R.
j. Monitoring of Vehicle for registration
k. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
