Research and Development Staff (for Processed Meat Products)

Responsible for developing, testing, and improving meat products and production processes to ensure quality, safety, cost efficiency, and compliance with food regulations. Conducts product trials, monitors product performance, prepares documentation, and collaborates with production and quality assurance teams to support product innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- Knowledge of meat processing and food safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- 1 to 2 years work related experience is a must
- a resident of Imus or nearby location
- can start immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve processed meat products and formulations
- Conduct product testing and sensory evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Prepare technical reports and product documentation
- Coordinate with production and QA teams during trials
- Monitor raw materials, processes, and product consistency
- Prepare documents related to products being development or improved.
