Finance and Accounting Staff

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance and Accounting Staff to support daily financial operations. The successful candidate will assist in bookkeeping, financial reporting, billing, payroll support, and other accounting-related tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Support payroll preparation and government compliance requirements
- Encode and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems
- Maintain organized filing of accounting documents and receipts
- Assist during audits and month-end financial closing
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow records
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial documentation
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
