Position: Research and Development Specialist (Formulator)
Kintara Manuf Ventures Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Research and Development Specialist who will support the Product Development Team in handling product formulation, costing, sample preparation, and R&D documentation for both new and existing products.
The role involves conducting formulation trials, preparing and revising product samples, updating product costing based on local supplier pricing, checking raw materials, maintaining complete and accurate documentation, and coordinating with Production, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Purchasing. Major formulation decisions, final evaluations, and approvals will remain subject to review and alignment with the immediate superior, authorized approver, and management.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Technology, BS Pharmacy, BS Industrial Engineering, or any related science or technical course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Related work experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, including basic formulas and data organization.
- Able to compute product costing based on local supplier pricing.
- Strong organization and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks and documentation deadlines.
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different teams.
- Willing to learn local and international compliance standards applicable to the industry.
