Job Summary:
The Production Helper supports the production team in daily manufacturing operations. This role includes assisting with equipment setup and operation, handling raw materials, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production environment. The Production Helper works closely with production operators and team members to ensure efficient and safe production while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist production operators and team members with the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Handle and load raw materials, components, and supplies to ensure availability for production runs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including cleaning machinery, tools, and production areas.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Officer.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a noisy, industrial environment.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
