Job Title: Planning & Material Controller (PMC) Staff
Location: Silang, Cavite
Number of Vacancies: 1
Salary Range: ₱22,000 – ₱25,000
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Days Off: 4 days off/ month
Language Requirement: English / Tagalog
Accommodation: Not provided

Responsibilities
- Plan and plot production schedules and forecasts based on customer requirements.
- Monitor daily and hourly production output to ensure targets are achieved.
- Secure job orders, materials, machines, and operators before production runs.
- Check and oversee production flow daily to meet target delivery dates.
- Supervise and monitor operators’ attendance, performance, and target achievements.
- Prepare and issue work instructions for production lines.
- Coordinate with production and support departments regarding technical issues, non-conformance, and process improvements.
- Initiate and implement activities to enhance production flow and efficiency.
- Report directly to the General Manager on all production system and efficiency matters.
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of skills and competency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Management from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 1–2 years relevant work experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standards is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision
