Job Summary

The HR Director is responsible for leading the company's human resources strategy and operations across retail stores and the corporate office. The role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, HR operations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. The HR Director partners with business leaders to build a high-performing, engaged workforce that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and organizational culture.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Direct compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Monitor HR metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Retail or multi-site HR management experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
