JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
- With 3 to 4 years’ experience as Vice President in a retail company
- With experience in retail distributor
- Amendable to work in Quezon City
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership for the retail organization by setting clear business goals
- Ensuring all stores operate efficiently, meet performance targets, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Oversee financial performance of the retail division, including budgeting, cost control, and capital investment decisions.
- Serve as a senior ambassador of the company brand, promoting consistency, integrity, and the organization’s values across all retail interactions.
- Drive sales growth and margin improvement through data-driven decision-making, promotional strategies, and operational enhancements.
