Personal Driver for Quezon City Area

Job Summary

The Personal Driver is responsible for safely transporting the company owner, family members, guests, or assigned personnel to designated locations in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. The driver will work closely with the owner of the company and is expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, reliability, and flexibility at all times. The role also includes vehicle cleanliness, routine maintenance coordination, route planning, and the use of navigation applications such as Waze to ensure efficient travel and avoid traffic delays.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive the company owner and authorized passengers to meetings, appointments, residences, airports, and other destinations.

• Work closely with the company owner regarding daily schedules, travel arrangements, and transportation requirements.

• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality concerning the company owner’s activities and information.

• Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.

• Use navigation applications such as Waze or similar GPS tools to determine efficient routes, monitor traffic conditions, and avoid delays.

• Plan routes in advance based on schedules and traffic situations.

• Maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of assigned vehicle(s).

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections including fuel, oil, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and fluid levels.

• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, registration, and preventive maintenance as needed.

• Keep records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, tolls, parking, and maintenance.

• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items when necessary.

• Be available for flexible schedules, overtime, weekends, holidays, or emergency driving assignments when required.

• Immediately report accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle issues to management or the company owner.

Qualifications

• Valid professional driver’s license with clean driving record.

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a personal driver or family driver.

• Experience working closely with executives, business owners, or VIP clients is an advantage.

• Familiarity with major roads, routes, and traffic patterns.

• Proficient in using GPS and navigation applications, particularly Waze.

• Defensive driving skills and strong safety awareness.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Trustworthy, punctual, courteous, and well-groomed.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
