Learning & Development Associate for Sales

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration, Education, Communication, or any related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
At least one (1) year of experience in teaching or training facilitation
Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews at least one (1) business process and/or related sales related process and recommends improvements, including training programs and sales activities.
Conducts various training sessions for new and existing sellers, including
Foundation Training
Seller Onboarding Training
Project Rehash Sessions
Conducts industry research to support the development of training modules and enhances sales performance across teams
Proposes and recommends sales-related development programs to improve seller capabilities and performance
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build multi-functional capabilities through cross-training initiatives
Communication with brokers and sellers to gather industry updates and conducts competitive scans
Supports employee engagement and development initiatives and ensures the completion of assigned training and development programs.
Maintains accurate training records, reports, and documentation as required
