Sales Development Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and by email.
• Research and analyze sales options.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend products.
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data.
• Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Building and maintaining a customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Ensuring that sales targets are met.
Core Abilities and Characteristics:
• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and as a relationship builder.
• Displays excellent communication skills including negotiation skills required in working with clients and vendors.
• Displays engaging interpersonal skills including the ability to think and act strategically, provide sound judgment, and provide a positive and energetic attitude.
• Provides systematic and dependable follow up, as well as a high level of organization and preparedness.
• Maintains workflow under pressure and in a fast-paced, high-profile work environment.
• Respectfully takes direction from Managers.
