Job Description:
1. Conduct user account reviews and handle account-related requests.
2. Monitor system activities and alerts to identify anomalies and ensure timely resolution.
3. Review and verify application requests to maintain compliance and security standards.
4. Track and audit operational data for accuracy, flagging discrepancies or unusual activity.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1. With crypto related work experiences
2. Self-discipline, risk awareness, and ability to handle pressure
3. Strong sense of confidentiality
4. Familiarity with cryptocurrency
5. Ability work on weekends and night shifts with predetermined schedule
