Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities
• Handle and monitor import and export shipments
• Coordinate with shipping lines, brokers, and other service providers
• Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and process necessary shipping and documentation requirements
• Assist in coordinating and communicating with clients regarding shipment updates
• Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on logistics status
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations
• Support overall logistics operations as needed
Requirements & Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field
• Experience in Air and Sea freight operations is a major advantage
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in logistics
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
