E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online stores and marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop and understands the complete e-commerce process from product listing and order processing to fulfillment and customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, or similar roles is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other online selling platforms .
- Must have experience in product listing, order processing, inventory monitoring, and order fulfillment .
- Experience in packing and packaging online orders and ensuring products are properly prepared for shipment is an advantage.
- Experience in warehouse operations or managing/supervising a warehouse team is an advantage.
- Able to handle customer inquiries, online chats, and customer concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of online promotions, vouchers, marketplace campaigns, and social media posting .
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule .
