Job Description
An E-Commerce Account Agent is responsible for managing and supporting a company’s online marketplace accounts. The role includes maintaining product listings, assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company’s online store on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. The agent helps ensure accurate product information, timely order fulfillment, and a positive customer experience while supporting overall online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain online store accounts on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and eBay.
Create, update, and optimize product listings to ensure accurate information and better visibility.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, or refunds.
Monitor and process orders while coordinating with logistics or warehouse teams for timely delivery.
Track sales performance and prepare basic reports to support business decisions.
Assist in managing promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns to help increase sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in e-commerce, online selling, or marketplace account management is an advantage.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
