Accounting Specialist

- Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports for the center.
- Monitor billing and collection processes for tuition and other fees, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience in handling billing, collections, and government compliance is required.
- Computer literate.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Amenable to work in Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong (on-site).
