We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team at Crusted in Makati City. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions in our restaurant. This full-time position is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality business.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
Handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and making change correctly
Balancing cash drawers and reconciling sales transactions at the end of each shift
Assisting with inventory management and stock control as needed
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role in the hospitality or retail industry
Strong numerical and cash handling skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
