About the role
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow, supervising and training restaurant staff while monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, and supplies
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and sanitation requirements
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and performance
Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain service quality
Prepare daily operational reports and recommend improvements
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant standards
About you
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or café management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and sales monitoring
Ability to manage staff, resolve customer concerns, and work under pressure
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
Goal-oriented, accountable, and committed to delivering excellent service
