Job Summary:
Consider joining us as a confident and resilient Cold Calling Specialist leading outbound sales for a janitorial and food service supplies business. You’ll call private schools, restaurants, clinics, and dental offices, get through gatekeepers to the person who makes the decision, and follow every opportunity until it closes. We’re eager to connect with you if you’re outgoing, composed under pressure, and bring real phone sales experience to the table.Key Responsibilities:
Reach out by phone to private schools, restaurants, clinics, and dental offices
Get through gatekeepers to identify and speak with the owner or key decision-maker
Present the company and its range of products clearly and professionally
Obtain decision-makers’ email addresses to set them up with customer portal access
Stay in contact with prospects by phone and email until each sale is closed
Maintain the sales pipeline and contact records in HubSpot
Respond to inbound calls routed to you
Join call reviews and act on the feedback to lift your performance
Mandatory Skills:
Proven phone sales or cold calling experience
Excellent spoken English and a clear, professional manner on the phone
An outgoing, composed, and confident personality
At ease with rejection and able to stay driven through repeated objections
Experience getting through gatekeepers to decision-makers
Familiarity with CRM tools
Strong phone and email follow-up skills
Independent, steady, and careful in your work
Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with HubSpot
Background selling B2B products or supplies
Experience selling to schools, restaurants, or healthcare and dental practices
Experience with inbound sales or customer calls
Able to keep many leads and follow-ups moving smoothly
