We're seeking a Sales & CRM Assistant to join our growing team.
A core responsibility of this role is to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . This means documenting a clear, step-by-step guide for recurring tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating these SOPs as procedures evolve, ensuring the documentation always reflects the most current and effective methods.
What You'll Do:
Sales & Lead Generation : Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective leads and follow up promptly with inbound inquiries.
Pipeline Management : Nurture leads through phone, email, and SMS channels to guide them through the sales funnel.
CRM Data Entry & Maintenance : Log call notes, update lead statuses, manage tags, and maintain accurate records within GoHighLevel.
Pipeline Hygiene : Ensure all opportunities are moved to the correct stage in GHL and assist with pipeline organization and basic task workflows.
Sales Support : Schedule appointments, track key follow-up dates, and report weekly sales performance metrics.
What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):
English Proficiency : Exceptional verbal and written English skills with clear pronunciation and strong professional etiquette.
CRM Experience : Hands-on experience navigating and managing pipeline data inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
Sales Experience : Background in inside sales, phone outreach, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
Communication Skills : Confident handling objections over the phone and building quick rapport with potential clients.
Technical Setup : Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet home-office environment, and a dedicated headset for clear phone calls.
