We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in daily operations. This internship offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn directly
from experienced HR professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide general support and assistance to HR operations
- Attend to employee concerns and inquiries
- Assist in administrative and HR-related tasks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes
- Perform tasks as assigned by the HR General Manager
- Participate in training and development activities
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Open for OJT / internship(voluntary accepted)
- Minimum 3 months internship duration is required
- Must be a 4th year student
- With foundational knowledge in HR Management and Administration
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Willing to learn, be trained, and work on-site (up to 5x per week)
- A team player with a positive attitude and passion for HR
