Description - Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in organizing training sessions.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
