Area Supervisor

Job Description
The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple DJI retail stores within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining consistent brand presentation across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly inspection visits to DJI stores within the assigned region to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Prepare and submit inspection reports in accordance with company requirements and timelines
- Provide timely support in the rectification and improvement of store visuals, displays, and dedicated zone images to maintain brand consistency
- Coordinate with store personnel to ensure proper implementation of company guidelines
- Monitor store conditions and recommend improvements when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field is an advantage
- Prior experience in channel sales, retail operations, or store supervision is highly preferred
- Owns a motorcycle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
