Finance Associate

Responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments)
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- Maintain organized financial documents and records
- Assist during audits and compliance checks
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
