Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial planning strategies and budgets.
- Provide forecasts and projections based on market trends and company performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets.
- Recommend adjustments to budget allocations based on financial analysis.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and investment requirements.
- Optimize cash management strategies to maximize returns and minimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability among team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in financial management roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Odoo, Oracle, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
