Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement visually impactful product displays that captivate customer interest and enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock levels and ensure popular items are readily available for customers.
- Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotional displays and seasonal merchandising strategies effectively.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions regarding product placement and merchandising techniques.
- Train and guide store staff on best practices for merchandising and customer service to foster a knowledgeable sales team.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Experience as Merchandiser or Meat Cutter (Chicken) is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in proper meat cutting, handling, and food safety standards
- Physically fit and willing to do manual work
- Willing to be assigned in supermarkets
- With good work attitude and customer service skills
- Willing to start ASAP
