We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Merchandiser to manage product presentation, inventory levels, and sales performance. The Merchandiser will ensure that products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards to maximize customer engagement and sales.
Job Requirements
- HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE CAN APPLY
- Proven experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is an advantage
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management systems
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize product placement and assortment
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales performance, and product movement
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
