Job Requirements - Senior High diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Product stocking, inventory rotation (FIFO- first in, first out)
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and stock monitoring
- Basic understanding of retail operations
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise (light to heavy weight)
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or merchandising is an advantage
- Residing near or within Makati city
- Amenable to process requirements and join ASAP
Responsibilities
- Product Placement: Setting up product displays and promotional materials to ensure maximum visibility and compliance with planograms.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, managing product rotation to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Store Maintenance: Identifying best-selling products, updating pricing, and removing damaged/outdated items.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory levels, competitor activity, and sales trends to inform purchasing decisions.
- Relationship Management: Working closely with store managers and buyers to improve product presentation and sales volume.
