VP for Sales

Work Location: La Paz, Makati City

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree

* A Master's degree in a business-related field is an advantage

* With extensive experience in a sales leadership position

* With extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industry

* With excellent knowledge of and experience in project management

* With in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.

* With strong working knowledge of the Company's products, competitive products, and the market, (i.e. kitchen and laundry equipment for Quick Service Restaurants, Hotels, Casinos, Resorts)

* With excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

* With strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills

* With strong propensity for numbers

* With experience in MS Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

* Able to travel to international destinations (e.g., 3x a year) and domestic destinations by air

(e.g., once a month).

JOB SUMMARY:

Leads and manages overall sales operations, including sales forecasting, quotas, incentive programs, and process improvement to drive business growth and

operational efficiency. Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and principals,

participates in closing strategic opportunities, and oversees the profitability of sales quotations,

project proposals, inventory, accounts receivable, and departmental financial performance.

Collaborates closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, while leading,

developing, and motivating the sales team in support of company goals and initiatives.
