WE’RE HIRING: CARE COORDINATOR NURSE
Bacolod | Onsite | Night Shift Join VISAYA, a proudly Filipino-owned organization known for service excellence, innovation, and a culture of malasakit. We’re looking for a Care Coordinator Nurse who will help coordinate patient care, support chronic condition management, and ensure smooth transitions between healthcare settings.QUALIFICATIONS
- BS Nursing graduate with active PHRN license
- 1–3 years hospital/clinical experience, preferably in a tertiary hospital
- Case Management or Transition of Care experience is an advantage
- BPO experience is a plus, but not required
- Non-licensed BS Nursing graduates with healthcare BPO experience may also apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite in Bacolod and on a night shift schedule
