Inventory Specialist

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock.
- Replenish items based on usage and reorder points
- Track expiry dates and batch numbers.
- Provide regular inventory reports (weekly/monthly).
- Forecast demand and adjust orders accordingly.
- Maintain order records.
- Monitor stock movement (inbound, outbound, returns).
- Coordinate restocking or pull-out based on client usage.
- Track delivered or sold items and generate invoices.
ASSAY CONSUMPTION REPORTING
- Visit assigned hospitals according to schedule.
- Coordinate with lab staff to collect assay usage data.
- Check inventory levels (e.g., reagents, consumables).
- Prepare and submit required reports.
Qualifications:
Any 4 yr course
Experience in inventory or order fulfillment at least 2 yrs above
Proficient in SAP System
Proficient in Excel / Spreadsheet
