URGENT: Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients. This role focuses on finding the right prospects, following up with inbound leads, and ensuring the Sales Team receives qualified opportunities ready for engagement.
Key responsibilities
Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients based on their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority before endorsing them to the Sales Team.
Research target markets, industries, and companies to develop and maintain accurate prospect lists.
Respond promptly to website inquiries, marketing-generated leads, and referrals to maximize conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure qualified leads are properly endorsed and followed up on.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to follow up on campaign-generated leads and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Monitor tenders, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), industry developments, and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as needed while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Track lead generation activities, appointment conversion rates, and database accuracy to support continuous improvement.
About you
Previous experience in lead generation, prospecting, telemarketing, sales support, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging potential clients and qualifying leads.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection professionally.
Good research skills and the ability to identify relevant target markets and potential customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to assess prospect needs and identify promising sales opportunities.
A proactive, persistent, and results-oriented approach to work.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Sales teams.
Must have a personal computer or laptop and a reliable device setup suitable for performing work-related tasks.
