Job Overview
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to support our business growth, budget management, and corporate financial reporting strategies in Makati.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and update financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Drive the annual budgeting process and track monthly vs. actual financial performance, highlighting key variances.
- Management Reporting: Prepare clear monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial presentations and report packages for senior leadership.
- System & Data Management: Utilize SAP and advanced spreadsheet tools to extract financial data, consolidate metrics, and streamline reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Corporate Finance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, dynamic models, financial functions).
- Systems: Direct hands-on experience using SAP or similar enterprise financial systems.
- Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling principles.
- Communication: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
