Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (URGENT)

Description - Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance and variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial planning.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software)
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, with occasional overtime during critical financial periods
