Position: Mandarin Business Operations Support Industry: Digital Entertainment Firm Location: BGC, Taguig Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 80, 000 - Php 110, 000 Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course.
- Having at least 2 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations Coordination, Project Coordination, Administration, Human Resources Operations, or related fields is an advantage.
- Having experience in the Internet, Gaming, Entertainment, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
- Having related experience working with or supporting cross-functional teams is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of business initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, procurement, and administrative documentation.
- Support project execution by monitoring progress, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and provide data to support management decisions.
- Assist in improving departmental processes, implementing policies, and enhancing operational efficiency.
