Responsibilities - Operate backhoe equipment to excavate and move materials, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on backhoe machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow project plans and blueprints to determine excavation needs and implement effective strategies for completion.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication on projects.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other transport vehicles, safely managing heavy loads with the backhoe.
Job Requirements
- Vocational course certification
- With TESDA NC II Certification on Heavy Equipment Operation - Backhoe Loader
- Valid professional driver's license with appropriate restrictions
- With at least 3 years experience in the similar role.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment safely.
- Physically fit to perform tasks
