Job Summary:
Responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders in a cold storage warehouse, ensuring correct items, quantities, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick items based on pick list / RF scanner / system instructions
- Ensure correct quantity, product type, and condition
- Prepare orders for packing and dispatch
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking area
- Report damaged or missing items to supervisor
- Adhere to cold storage safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse picking / logistics is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Willing to work in a cold environment
- Can work shifting schedules / overtime if needed
